Jeff Little, MBA, is a senior healthcare executive with more than three decades of industry and hospital-related experience, and a recognized thought leader across the hospital supply chain, purchased services, hospital operations, facilities and construction, and medical capital equipment. He has been repeatedly recruited to build businesses from inception— helping launch specialty group purchasing organizations (GPOs), consulting practices, and capital services lines that scaled into multimillion-dollar operations.

Jeff offers clients a uniquely connected perspective. Having worked in clinical settings within world-class hospitals as well as across multiple integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and GPOs, he serves as a “growth engine” for organizations seeking to expand their footprint and gain greater access to the market and its key stakeholders. He excels at educating clients on the subtleties and nuances of a complex healthcare ecosystem and at translating those insights into durable commercial strategies.

Across his career, Jeff has managed multibillion-dollar portfolios with full P&L ownership, including a $1.67B (sales volume) facilities, construction, and environmental services portfolio at Premier, Inc. He co-created an innovative non-traditional GPO model within Premier Innovatix that was subsequently acquired by Omnia Partners for $840M, and he helped lead the due diligence behind the acquisition successful acquisition of a purchased services platform company that was rebranded into the specialty GPO Conductiv. Earlier, at Vizient (MedAssets), he worked as a practice lead in a purchased services consulting practice that grew from three consultants to more than twenty in three years while delivering record-setting client savings.

A sought-after voice at national conferences and industry forums, Jeff is regarded as a key opinion leader in purchased services and indirect spend, capital equipment, and capital lifecycle management. He serves as faculty at the IDN Summit and as faculty and a past board member of the ACE Summit, and is a committee member of the Federation of American Hospitals. He advises client executives and supplier leadership on emerging trends, reimbursement pressures, regulatory concerns, and strategic growth opportunities.

Jeff holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a BS in Business Management from Western Governors University. He was honored with the 2024 Outstanding Leadership in Healthcare Award.
