Rob has spent his entire 35 year career in the healthcare industry, leading sales organizations and launching more than 15 products. Among Rob’s many areas of expertise, he is highly respected for the ability to identify a product’s unique value proposition and develop appropriate go-to-market sales strategies.

With experience in sales, manufacturing and distribution, he has a keen understanding of the various pitfalls and barriers-to-market many small-mid-sized healthcare organizations encounter when launching a product. These include funding, aligning with the right distributors, clearly understanding the competitive landscape, securing contracts, identifying proper price points, sales training, and developing go-to-market strategies that accelerate an organization’s journey to growth and meaningful profitability.

Most recently, Rob was Regional Vice President of Sales at Nanosonics, Inc.  He led a team selling infection-prevention solutions and securing local hospital price contracts, C-Suite relationships, Integrated Delivery Network [IDN] and Integrated Health Network [IHN} agreements, and posting year-over-year growth in capital equipment, disposables, service, and SaaS documentation solutions.

Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President at Resuscitation International where he led the sales and marketing teams, negotiating and closing high-value contracts with key U.S. distribution partners, and posting Year 1 sales of $2.5 million. 

Rob is a proven sales and leadership trainer, coach, author and motivational speaker. His first book, Bahna Pyramid of Selling Effectiveness, was released in 2024. He is currently finishing his second book on leadership, entitled Bahna Pyramid of Leadership Effectiveness.
