Todd’s career in healthcare reaches back 30 years. He has an extensive catalogue of success in Sales & Business Development and is known for his ability to lead rapid sales and market growth, capture new markets, and establish key sustainable competitive advantages in both acute and non-acute.

Todd offers a unique mix of experience, including business, tactical and strategic initiatives, and has a reputation as a strong leader and effective interdepartmental liaison. He possesses a keen understanding of the medical device space, including disposable, surgeon preference, capital and how a product ultimately impacts the end-user.

Most recently, Todd spent six years as Vice President, Business Development at ROI CPS [Clinical Packaging Solutions], the largest provider-owned procedure tray manufacturer in the U.S. that focuses on driving clinical and operational efficiencies by tailoring programs for end- users. He was responsible for managing high-level relationships at leading Integrated Delivery Networks [IDN] in order to nurture and grow business. While at ROI CPS, he led an initiative to develop a new costing structure for company products in order to remain price-competitive while protecting profit margins.

Previously, Todd was Operating VP, Clinical Procedural Solutions at Medical Action, an Owens & Minor Company, that manufactures and distributes OR disposables, custom procedure trays containment systems for medical waste, minor-procedure kits and trays, and bedside products. He has held similar Sales & Business Development positions at Owens & Minor International, Professional Hospital Supply, Hill-Rom, Maxxim Medical and Sterile Concepts.
