Tom has successfully launched several products and has hired, mentored, trained and motivated hundreds of direct, independent and distributor sales teams. He is comfortable presenting value propositions in the C-Suite to high-level executives, as well as to world-renowned clinicians.

His expertise includes new product launches, key account enterprise-selling strategies, Original Equipment Manufacturing, and distribution development. He is credentialed for surgical services, procedures, and support. Tom has also become an industry thought leader as host of the popular Medtech Gurus podcast, interviewing leaders and innovators in medtech.

His primary focus at Excelerant will be to assist innovative companies with their go-to market strategies, including sales channel development, and Integrated Delivery Network sales strategies.
